Everything from plan to maintenance, under one roof.
Agochar covers the full product lifecycle in five stages: Plan, Design, Development, Marketing and Maintain. Start with one stage or take all five. Each works on its own, and together they give you one partner, one team and one standard from idea to ongoing support.
Our six specialties sit inside the stages, mainly Development and Marketing, not as extra services: AI agents, RAG and LLMOps, mobile apps, games, blockchain and Web3, headless commerce, and GEO/AEO. Each follows the same planning, design and quality standards as everything else we build, so you get one process for every type of product.

Which stage are you at?
Match what you have today to the stage where we start. An idea without scope starts with Plan, a scope without an interface with Design, finished designs with Development, and a live product with Marketing or Maintain. Each stage works on its own, so you only pay for the part you need.
You can work with us in three ways: a fixed-scope project, time and materials, or a monthly retainer. Fixed scope suits clear requirements, time and materials suits an evolving scope, and a retainer gives fixed monthly capacity. Pricing is scope-based: after a short call you get a written quote within 5 business days.
Fixed-scope project
A defined scope, timeline and price. Best when requirements are clear.
Starting point
Websites from $5,000; web applications from $25,000
Time & materials
You pay for time spent. Best when the scope will evolve as you learn.
Starting point
$40–$120 per hour, depending on expertise
Monthly retainer
Fixed monthly capacity for ongoing development, marketing or support.
Starting point
Part-time capacity from $2,000 per month
Quality
How we keep quality high
Every project gets a dedicated project manager and runs in two-week sprints that end with a demo you can test. Code is reviewed by a second developer, covered by automated tests and shipped through CI/CD pipelines, and security is checked against OWASP guidance before launch, so quality is built in rather than added at the end.
Two-week sprints
Short, predictable sprints, each ending with a working demo and a review of what comes next.
Code reviews
Every change is reviewed by a second developer before it is merged.
Automated testing and CI/CD
Automated tests run on every change, and CI/CD pipelines make releases repeatable.
Security by default
HTTPS, input validation, OAuth/JWT and OWASP-aligned practices, with security audits before launch.
One point of contact
A dedicated project manager keeps scope, budget and communication on track.
FAQ
Questions about our services
Most questions about our services concern timelines, AI work, GEO/AEO, maintenance and technology. In short: the Plan stage gives you a timeline before you commit, our AI work covers agents, RAG and LLMOps, and maintenance runs under an agreed SLA. The answers below go into each topic.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. The Plan stage gives you a timeline estimate before development starts, so you know the schedule before you commit. As a guide: a marketing website takes 4–6 weeks, an MVP 4–8 weeks, a standard web application 8–12 weeks and a complex enterprise application 4–8 months.
What do your AI services include?
AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and LLMOps. That means assistants that use your own data, connected to your systems, with quality and cost monitored after launch.
Which AI models do you work with?
We build with OpenAI’s GPT models (the models behind ChatGPT), Anthropic’s Claude and Google Gemini, and with open models such as Meta Llama and Mistral, using LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch and TensorFlow. We choose the model per use case on quality, cost, speed and data-privacy needs; open models can also run in your own cloud.
What does GEO/AEO mean?
GEO and AEO are generative and answer engine optimization. It means making your content clear and structured enough for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to find, understand and cite it.
What does a maintenance SLA cover?
Hosting and monitoring, security and dependency updates, bug fixes and performance tuning, with agreed response times. Support runs from business-hours cover (10:00–19:00 IST) up to 24/7 premium support, depending on the package you choose.
How much does a website or web app cost?
A simple website typically costs $5,000–$15,000, a custom web application $25,000–$100,000, and a complex enterprise application with integrations $100,000 or more. After a free call you get a fixed quote within 5 business days, so you know the price before you commit.
Can you modernise an existing or legacy application?
Yes. We regularly modernise legacy web applications: we assess the current code, plan a step-by-step migration and keep the product running while it is rebuilt.
Can you connect our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate websites and apps with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, ERP systems, marketing tools and custom APIs.
Where will our product be hosted?
Wherever suits you: AWS, Vercel, Netlify, Google Cloud, Azure or your own infrastructure. We set up CI/CD and monitoring as part of the Development and Maintain stages.
Which technologies do you use?
Proven tools: Astro, React, Next.js and TypeScript on the web, Node.js and Python on the back end, Flutter and React Native for mobile, Shopify for commerce, and PostgreSQL on AWS or your preferred cloud. We adapt to your existing stack where needed.
